1. Service description

VerditNxtGen provides an open-source infrastructure intelligence platform that ranks and compares tools based on publicly available GitHub telemetry. Scores are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

2. API usage

• Free tier: 120 MCP API calls per hour, 5 audit calls per hour.
• API keys must not be shared publicly (e.g. committed to public repos).
• Automated abuse — bulk scraping, credential stuffing, or rate-limit circumvention — results in immediate key revocation.
• We reserve the right to throttle or terminate keys that generate unusual traffic patterns without notice.

3. Data accuracy

Scores are computed from GitHub's REST API. We make no warranty that scores are accurate, complete, or current. Tool maintainers may have changed practices since the last scrape. Always perform your own due diligence before adopting infrastructure software.

4. Affiliate links

Some tool pages contain affiliate links. Clicking a "Launch Managed" or "Try free" button may earn VerditNxtGen a referral fee. Affiliate relationships do not influence scores — all scoring is automated from GitHub telemetry.

5. Intellectual property

VerditNxtGen source code is MIT licensed. Tool logos, names, and descriptions are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under fair use for identification purposes only.

6. Limitation of liability

VerditNxtGen is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any infrastructure failures, data loss, or business disruption arising from reliance on tool scores or deployment schemas published on this platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
